The Nursing Centre has proven experience in supporting mentoring programs for nurses, and we'd like to do more.  We're planning to launch the Nurse 2 Nurse National Mentoring Initiative to provide career and mentoring support to Australian nurses on a national basis with access as the key vision of the initiative.
